The breakfast food was plentiful and tasty.

During my stay, I faced numerous issues. First off, the towels were often insufficient, and when I did receive them, several had tears. The door lock was a nightmare. it was misaligned, and even when I reported it, the fix rendered my room less secure. Most frustrating was the lack of toilet paper, forcing me to run to the front desk multiple times. Lastly, there was a baffling lack of clean cups and plates during breakfast, which completely soured the dining experience.

I had a comfortable stay in the Superior Twin Room, but some improvements could be made. The towels were small and showed signs of wear, and the room service did not meet my expectations. However, I appreciated the attentive service from the staff and the room's overall comfort.

stayed at ms ciudad jardin plus and loved the jacuzzi! the rooftop terrace offers stunning views, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind. the spa area was really helpful too, and the drink options were delicious.

The location is very convenient close to restaurants and malls I discovered a great little cafe nearby that made the best coffee. The staff was pleasant though not overly friendly they did help me with directions around the area.

I had a pleasant stay in the Superior King Room for 5 nights! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, full of various options that kept breakfast exciting. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to unwind, especially in the evening, and the jacuzzi offered a refreshing escape after a long day. i found my stay to be enjoyable, especially with how close it was to the beautiful parque de la babilla, just a short 600 meters away, and i loved being near the lively palms mall, only about a 1 km stroll from the hotel which gave me access to great food options and shopping.
